Music in our daily lives
There is no such definite reason why music is important to our daily lives. Its relevance varies from people to people. For most of us, music is an expression of one's self. Music gives us a creative way of showing the world who we are and what we care about. The type of music we like and listen to, shows what type of person we are. For example a person who likes sweet love songs maybe considered romantic and expressive of his or her love for others.Party people would always prefer to listen to loud and fast beat party songs.
Some children use music as their way of learning. There are toddlers who learn faster when a lesson is delivered through music. That is why the educational songs have existed in the past decades. For high school and college professors, they use a song to communicate a message that the students need to learn. More often than not, students will enjoy and learn more when listening to music and finding out its meaning rather than plainly reading it from somewhere else.
Music makes people friends with each other. Two people who both like rock song are likely to be friends, because they have the common denominator. Music connects people to each other through its words and meanings and create a common environment for them.
For some people, they find listening to music a very effective way to relax. Many music lovers will spend the most of their days listening to the music playing in their headsets. Classical music draws away all the stress, one have picked up out of their entire busy day of work and study.

Songs can portray artistically, the different meanings of words used in the lyrics, to express agreement or disagreement at a certain idea.
As time goes by, music is becoming a more essential part of society's day-to-day lives. Nowadays music embraces us wherever we go. Music is important because it tells what our hearts want to say, in the most creative way everyone can comprehend.
